Job title Application manager (SAP, Salesforce, other softwares) Objective Develop and manage the Torri ERP system SAP and other software applications. Place in the organisation ↑ IT manager Application manager SAP General · The department provides central management and maintenance of product data and software applications; Organisational control through up-to-date information, document management and optimal opportunities for collaboration and knowledge sharing; · Proper operation of the ERP system with proper access for each individual user is of great importance to Torri. Incorrectly handled processes or unavailability of the system bring business operations to a standstill. Core tasks Policy · Drafting, managing and implementing ERP system policies (in particular authorisation); · Advise on improvement opportunities of the ERP system; ERP Application (SAP) · Setting up and implementing new functionalities and applications in the ERP system; · Responsible for S4 Hana transition project · Adjust system settings according to defined business processes (customisation); · Performing problem analysis; · Perform support for queries, incidents and problems; · Review use of applications against set requirements and standards; · Conducting and organising tests for bug fixes and new releases of the system software; · Ensuring data integrity and consistency. Training and knowledge transfer · Develop and deliver training to end-users on software applications; · Train and inform key-users about updates; Other · Participate in incidental work outside the job; Features Communication with · Manager and colleagues on day-to-day business; · Employees at all levels in the organisation; · External consultants and consultancy partners; · Support department of the parent company (Nedcon & voestalpine).
