The Marketing Manager is part of the Marketing function and reports hierarchically to the Chief Marketing & Communications Officer_ Develop and execute global marketing strategies and plans to drive new business growth at the local market level. Conduct comprehensive analysis to understand company and product positioning, identify target audiences, and establish specific marketing objectives across various product segments, geographies, and channels. Support the annual and long-term enterprise marketing planning processes. Lead the development and execution of local marketing programs and campaigns in alignment with global marketing guidelines to enhance the Biesse Brand Experience at the market level. Manage marketing dashboards and communicate with key stakeholders to analyze and improve marketing performance (using CRM and other Biesse systems), identifying corrective actions. J-18808-Ljbffr
