Organic Fertilizer Development Chemist Our company, a leader in the manufacturing and development of agricultural inputs, is seeking a professional chemist with proven expertise in formulating and developing organic fertilizers using natural sources, in compliance with international organic certification standards. Location : This is a remote position; however, periodic travel to Saudi Arabia may be needed for on-site collaboration and field activities. Qualifications : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or Applied Chemistry Minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in the formulation and development of organic fertilizers Advanced technical knowledge of organic materials used in fertilizer production, such as : Natural rock phosphate Humic and fulvic acids Calcium sources Organic amino acids Natural potassium sources In-depth familiarity with international organic input standards (OMRI – EU Organic Regulations – IFOAM) Key Responsibilities : Formulate and develop innovative organic fertilizers tailored to different crop needs Conduct laboratory and field trials to evaluate nutrient availability and performance Test raw materials and validate compatibility with organic certification standards Ensure that all finished products meet international quality and regulatory benchmarks What we offer : Opportunity to work on cutting-edge organic input technologies Competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications Dynamic, mission-driven team committed to sustainability and innovation in agriculture J-18808-Ljbffr
