Romazzino, a Belmond Hotel in stunning Costa Smeralda, is looking for a talented Front Office Agent to join our team for the 2025 season. The ideal candidate is willing to provide authentic, luxury experiences in world-renowned destinations to our guests, demonstrating care, confidence, curiosity, and community. He/she is passionate about service and eager to grow professionally. He/she works closely with guests during their stay to discover their preferences and tailor recommendations accordingly. Reports to the Front Office Manager. Fulfill Front Office operations according to company policies, standards, and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times. Responsible for cash handling and guest bill payments. Communicate all relevant guest and group activity to appropriate internal departments. Anticipate guest needs and handle complaints effectively. Ensure all communications are processed correctly. Accurately collect and record guest details. Run End of Day processes and complete all relevant accounting checks. Generate monthly reports. Requirements Effective communication skills Ability to drive results Global perspective Fluent in English and Italian; third language preferred Professional experience in a similar role within a luxury environment Contract: Seasonal Labour according to C.C.N.L.
