Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Pharmacist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 09/01/2025 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel STAFF PHARMACIST - RETAIL - PRN REQUIREMENTS Summary of Responsibilities: Administering retail pharmacy approved Vaccinations. Mandatory Qualifications: BSP degree RPH license in the State of Ohio Current BLS/Immunization delivery certification Preferred Qualifications: Pharm D Required Licenses/Certifications Prior to Start: Ohio Licensed Pharmacist, BLS current, Immunization certification Physical Environment : Stand, sit, and administer vaccinations Network Access and/or Applications used: Epic functionality required. Shift Information: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm - 8 hr. shift with lunch. Will utilize Kronos to track time.
