What you'll be doing: As part of a trusted Private Client team, you’ll work closely with individuals and families across the region to provide high-quality legal advice and services in areas including: Drafting and advising on Wills to help clients protect their assets and secure their wishes. Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney. Submitting applications to the Court of Protection. Supporting clients with estate administration, offering clear advice to Personal Representatives throughout the probate process. Building and nurturing long-term client relationships through empathy, professionalism, and outstanding client care. Taking part in networking and business development activities to support the growth of the department and the wider firm. What we're looking for: Solicitors or Chartered Legal Executives with experience in Private Client law (NQ to senior levels encouraged to apply). A client-first approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong technical ability with a proactive, organised, and collaborative working style. What’s in it for you?
