Development Manager

Development Manager Role Location: Brentwood, Essex Full Time, Fully site based Permanent basis You will report directly to a Director and will look after the following; Shape the initial project vision and setting objectives. Conduct and oversee feasibility studies to assess project viability. Help to structure funding and financing for the project. Establish early milestones and timelines for the project. Manage development applications, zoning compliance, and other statutory approvals. Lead and coordinate teams of architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors. Develop and manage project schedules, ensuring timely delivery. Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee procurement processes, including tendering and contract negotiation. Ensure high-quality construction standards and adherence to specifications.
