Contracts Manager

Seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading main contractor specialising in delivering high quality projects across the Education Construction Sector. You will be responsible for overseeing 2-3 live projects up to £12million in value, South of the River. This is a key leadership role within the business, offering the opportunity to manage prestigious education builds from inception to completion. About the Contracts Manager role Oversee multiple Education new build and refurbishment construction projects, each between £10m-£12million in value; ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the highest quality standard. Responsible for 10-20% of company turnover depending on the projects managed Lead project teams, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, health & safety and quality. Work closely with site managers, QS teams, and design coordinators to resolve issues proactively Prepare and review programmes, cost reports, and contractual documents. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements and industry best practices.
