Regional Manager Wraparound & Holiday Clubs Location: Midlands & North (Birmingham to Manchester) Salary: £45,000£50,000 performance bonus mileage allowance Contract: Full-Time, Permanent Client: A trusted provider of enrichment programmes and childcare across 250 UK schools Are you a dynamic, driven leader with experience overseeing multiple childcare or education settings? One of our long-standing clients is recruiting for a Regional Manager to oversee their wraparound and holiday club provision across the Midlands and Northstretching from Birmingham to Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an ambitious, growing organisation delivering high-quality enrichment and out-of-school care to hundreds of children each week. What Youll Be Doing: Leading and managing a portfolio of wraparound and holiday club settings across the region Supporting site managers and practitioners to deliver engaging, safe, and structured sessions Designing and embedding termly activity programmes and child-led themes Ensuring full compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, Ofsted, and internal policies Driving occupancy, local engagement, and quality across your region Leading recruitment and onboarding of new staff as the network expands Collaborating with marketing teams to enhance visibility and community partnerships Reporting performance, identifying risks, and contributing to wider growth strategy What Were Looking For: Proven experience managing multiple sites in education, childcare, playwork, or extracurricular settings A strong understanding of child development and how to deliver a creative curriculum Hands-on, accountable, and results-driven leadership style Familiarity with safeguarding protocols, EYFS frameworks, and quality standards Excellent people skills: able to coach, inspire, and lead high-performing teams Comfortable with regular travel across the region and flexible working patterns Confident with Microsoft Office and digital reporting Whats in It for You: Full autonomy to lead and shape your region with the support of a passionate senior team Clear path to impact and career development in a fast-growing organisation Performance bonus and mileage allowance Free childcare for dependants (e.g., at holiday clubs) 28 days holiday (including public holidays) Additional days leave for attending your childs sports day Ongoing training, team culture built on values, and an ambitious outlook If youre ready to take the next step in your operational leadership journey and want to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families, wed love to hear from you .
