Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Coordinate recruitment and selection processes. Facilitate staff onboarding and induction processes. Input and manage payroll data accurately. Maintain and update employee records and ERP systems. Monitor staff attendance, leave, and wellness matters. Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing company policies. Compile and submit WSP/Annual Training Plans and Employment Equity data. Implement training and development initiatives. Assist with injury on duty cases and arrange staff medicals. Manage employee benefits and wellness programmes. Support HR reporting and administrative functions. Monitor and coordinate performance appraisals. Assist in the development of job profiles and job descriptions. Maintain a clean, organised HR office environment. Perform other duties as assigned in support of HR and company goals. Ensure adherence to all legal, procedural, and policy requirements. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources (required). 13 years experience in Human Resource Management. Knowledge of IR practices and employment legislation. Excellent communication, reasoning, and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking ability. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR-related systems.
