Intermediate Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in CCS (Candy) software and Labour-Only Payment processes. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry. Advanced proficiency in CCS (Candy) software. Strong knowledge and experience in Labour-Only Payment calculations and management. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in cost control and reporting. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates and manage project budgets. Manage labour-only payment claims and reconcile labour costs. Prepare and review bills of quantities. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams. Maintain precise cost control records and payment documentation.
