Key Responsibilities: Install and commission solar PV systems (from 3kW to 100kW) Perform AC/DC wiring, connect inverters, batteries, and configure distribution boards Conduct troubleshooting, fault-finding, and repairs on inverters, panels, and systems Use professional testing tools (IV curve testers, string testers, meggers, thermal cams, etc.) Complete routine maintenance and ensure safety compliance on all installations Issue Certificates of Compliance (CoCs) in accordance with national standards Maintain accurate service documentation and job reports Work on rooftops and in the field, always adhering to safety protocols Collaborate with technical teams and assist in guiding junior staff when needed Job Experience & Skills Required: Valid 3-Phase Wiremans License Recognised Electrical Trade Test Certificate (Red Seal preferred) Minimum 2 years of solar PV installation and maintenance experience Familiarity with inverters (e.g., Huawei, Sunsynk, SolarEdge, Victron) Proficiency in fault diagnosis, component replacement, and electrical testing Valid drivers license and willingness to travel to sites Physically fit and comfortable working at heights If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply directly.
