Accountant

Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting 3-5 years accounting experience Strong proficiency in Pastel Partner Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Key Responsibilities: Accurately maintain general ledger entries using Pastel Partner Prepare monthly trial balances along with necessary supporting documentation Reconcile bank, debtor, creditor and inventory accounts. Conduct and review reconciliations for all accounts on the balance sheet Handle VAT calculations and other statutory financial requirements Assist in preparing for year-end audits and coordinate with auditors Work collaboratively with the Administration Manager to ensure efficient integration of operational data into accounting systems Produce ad-hoc financial reports and analyses as needed
