General Worker

You will play a key role in ensuring efficient movement of construction materials and products in and out of the yard. Youll be responsible for physically loading and offloading customer and delivery trucks, maintaining an orderly yard space, and ensuring materials are safely handled and stored. Key Responsibilities Loading & Offloading Load and offload building materials such as cement, bricks, sand, timber, tiles, steel, and other heavy stock Assist customers and delivery drivers with safe and accurate loading Inspect goods for damages and ensure correct quantities are moved Yard Operations Organize and maintain stock in the yard according to product categories Keep the yard clean, safe, and free of hazards or obstructions Stack materials properly and safely using manual handling techniques or equipment (where applicable) Team & Customer Support Work closely with drivers, dispatch staff, and store team to coordinate stock movements Provide professional and respectful customer service in the yard Communicate any issues with deliveries or stock to supervisors promptly
