Key Duties: Measure, cut, and lay tiles according to design plans. Prepare surfaces by cleaning, levelling, and sealing. Mix and apply adhesives, grout, and sealants. Ensure precise alignment and high-quality finishes. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Work efficiently to meet project deadlines. Requirements: Proven tiling experience (minimum 5 years preferred). Expert knowledge of tiling techniques, tools, and materials. Ability to read and interpret plans/drawings. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Physically fit and able to work on-site. Drivers License advantageous. Competencies: Problem-solving skills for irregular layouts or damaged materials. Effective communication with clients, team members, and supervisors.
