Join us and make a difference! Location: Home Based in Germany, with frequent travel to meet clients. Applications are also welcome from candidates based in the Netherlands, Poland, France, or Italy, but they must be willing and able to travel frequently to Germany. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Assess clients' systems and processes against BSI requirements to ensure value creation. Prepare assessment reports and communicate findings to clients, including corrective actions if needed. Recommend issuing, re-issuing, or withdrawing certificates in accordance with BSI policies and procedures. Maintain high-quality planning, delivery, and professional client interactions to uphold BSI’s reputation. Provide insightful feedback and demonstrate commercial awareness. Lead assessment teams when required, ensuring quality and effective collaboration. Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term satisfaction and business growth. Ensure accurate and timely updates to internal systems and client records. Qualifications & Skills Fluency in German (minimum C1) is mandatory. Fluency in English (minimum C1) is required. Proven experience in the Aerospace industry is mandatory. Strong knowledge of management system auditing practices is required. Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 is a strong asset. Certifications in AS/EN9100 (AEA) or completion of the AATT course are highly desirable. Additional certifications in AS/EN9110 or AS/EN9120 are preferred. AEA authentication in the OASIS database is a plus. Willingness to travel nationally and internationally. Strong integrity, ethical standards, and commercial awareness.
