Site Manager

We are seeking three SITE MANAGERs for a renewable energy project involving biogas plant revamping. Contract Duration: Fixed-term 12 months, with potential for extension and/or transformation. Positions Available: One Site Manager for sites in Annia (Torviscosa-UD), Flaibano (UD), and MEDEA (GO). One Site Manager for sites in Alexandria and Briona. Project Description: Revamping of biogas production plants. Main Responsibilities: Planning project activities and costs in compliance with client contractual requirements. Monitoring project progress regularly against schedule. Organizing regular team meetings for site activity planning. Participating in progress meetings with suppliers. Assessing project feasibility and reviewing supplier execution plans. Managing suppliers, including problem resolution. Coordinating with the client's Construction Department. Managing construction sites. Defining, implementing, and managing the organizational structure of the construction team. Supervising and coordinating third-party work, ensuring progress aligns with schedule. Verifying and approving documentation related to project completion, consistent with approved schedules and permits. Qualifications: Diploma and/or Degree in scientific disciplines. At least 10 years of experience in a similar role. Basic knowledge of anaerobic digestion processes and biogas upgrading technologies. Skills in plant engineering, especially gas treatment systems. Experience in revamping projects or plant construction. Knowledge of safety regulations and standards in the gas sector. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Work Locations: Annia (Torviscosa-UD), Flaibano (UD), and MEDEA (GO). Contract is for 12 months, with the possibility of extension and/or transformation.
