Country Manager - Italy

Our services team handles ground operations including logistics, warehousing, installation, maintenance, and inventory management. The Country Manager is responsible for the services business in Italy. This role involves leading the execution of operational and business plans, managing service delivery goals including SLA compliance, escalations, and special requests. The Country Manager will also oversee health & safety compliance, budget adherence, and P&L performance. This position requires the candidate to be based in Italy. Responsibilities Launch and scale deployment and maintenance services in Italy. Create a local technical maintenance, installation, support, and operational structure. Acquire operational resources and partners in the market. Align local processes with policies and SOPs set by leadership. Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, warehousing, logistics, and stakeholders. Negotiate and establish relationships with third-party partners. Manage all aspects of the business in Italy, including health & safety, staffing, legal and compliance matters, operational setup, capacity, budgets, OKRs, and service delivery. Travel regularly to warehouses, deployment sites, maintenance visits, or offices as needed. Requirements Experience in technical hardware and maintenance industries. Operational management experience. Strong knowledge of financial performance and productivity management. Experience in managing and building teams. Understanding of compliance structures in countries. Good soft skills and motivation to improve them. Interest in entrepreneurship; startup experience is a plus.
