We are seeking a Lead CRNA to manage daily operations at our well-established practice. Job Description: Option of full-time hospital employment or full-time 1099 service agreement Manage daily operations, direct CRNA assignments Promote open communication and a collaborative and supportive work environment with surgeons and staff Provide direction, guidance and feedback to ensure high-quality and efficient patient care Promote excellent customer service with patients and staff Participate in physician and advanced practice provider interviews Opportunities for overtime if desired Full complement of medical and surgical specialties available for support Variety of cases (Otolaryngology, Gastroenterology, General surgery, Gynecological surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedic surgery, Pain management, Podiatry, Urology) Collaborative and supportive medical staff, operations team and leadership Leadership who value YOU and your life outside of work Flexible work culture and time with patients Autonomy with full practice support Mentorship and collegial practice environment Supportive administration with local decision-making Input into the practice and future Focus on wellness and quality of care Strong and available subspecialty support At least 2 years' work experience as CRNA is required.
