This role involves hands-on work with concrete materials, conducting mechanical and durability testing, and assisting in lab operations to support our carbon capture innovation efforts. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation, mixing, and casting of concrete specimens Perform mechanical and durability tests on cement-based materials Support data collection, lab maintenance, and reporting activities Follow health, safety, and quality protocols in all laboratory operations Candidate Profile A degree in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline Basic understanding of concrete mixing, casting, curing, and mechanical testing Enthusiastic, hands-on, and eager to learn in a fast-paced R&D environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard procedures What We Offer At C4C, we’re committed to innovation and impact.
