Senior Production Manager (Citrus Industry exp)

Responsibilities: Record keeping and administration. Implementation of irrigation, fertilizer, spraying, pruning etc. Management of staff. Adhere to and implement health and Safety Standards. Organise maintenance of the farm property. Development: Planning and management of any development. Budgeting and maintenance of accurate financial records. Responsible for advanced planning to maximise production. Experience and Qualifications: Drivers license Excellent Managerial and people skills that can effectively manage staff across all levels. A degree, diploma in Agriculture or BSc Agri . Computer literate in Office Suite. Telephone etiquette and to be able to handle suppliers, clients etc in an effective way. 5 Years’ experience as a Citrus Farm Manager/ soft fruits / sufficient project managing and technical skills could also fit the role. Confident and well presented. Good time management skills. Deadline driven Can work in a fast paced, pressured environment.
