Operations Manager

Candidate requirements: Matric, and a relevant tertiary qualification At least 3 - 5 years relevant experience in a 5-star Lodge or Camp Valid SA drivers license and own vehicle is essential Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills Previous experience in working with kids an advantage Strong leadership capabilities Must be able to cope under pressure to meet and exceed guests' needs Must be able to take initiative and have a passion for guest delight This is a live-in role. ( Transport to/from leave cycles is the successful candidates own responsibility)
