Product Owner – E-Commerce Platform (Maternity Cover) Location: Hybrid in BARCELONA Contract type: full-time (Maternity leave cover). Following the maternity leave period, the selected candidate will be reassigned to a new product initiative. Languages: Fluent English (Spanish is a plus) We’re looking for a Product Owner with experience in digital and e-commerce product management to lead the evolution of a B2B digital commerce platform during a key period of maternity leave coverage. In this interim role, you will ensure continuity of delivery, team alignment, and operational stability across markets such as Spain, the UK, and others. What you’ll be doing Manage and prioritize the strategic product backlog , aligning with stakeholders across markets. Lead the multi-market migration and adoption of ShopX , adapting to local needs and customer segments. Translate business requirements into tailored product solutions to meet the needs of different B2B segments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across tech, content, e-commerce, customer support, and sales. Ensure seamless integration with tools like PIM, DAM, and analytics platforms for scalable operations. Act as the voice of the B2B user , advocating for intuitive, high-performing digital experiences. Track and report on key success metrics (catalog integrity, platform performance, order success, etc.). Oversee quality, incident management, and delivery with internal IT business partners. Align with product design agencies to ensure intuitive and scalable interfaces. Maintain clear communication with all internal and external stakeholders on progress, priorities, and risks. ✅ What we’re looking for 3–5 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in e-commerce . Proven track record delivering and optimizing digital platforms across multiple markets . Familiarity with e-commerce ecosystems (product data, CMS, PIM/DAM, analytics). Strong skills in communication, prioritization, negotiation, and problem-solving . Proficiency in Agile methodologies . Fluent English (Spanish is a plus).
