Global Category Buyer – External Manufacturing

We’re looking for a Global Category Buyer to lead sourcing strategies across External Manufacturing & Supply activities, working closely with CDMOs (Contract Development Manufacturing Organizations). Key Responsibilities Lead sourcing and manage contracts with CDMOs Build and implement sourcing strategies aligned with global category guidelines Perform market and supplier analysis to drive innovation and cost efficiency Collaborate with stakeholders to identify needs and drive tailored procurement solutions Ensure excellence in procurement delivery: TCO, SRM, risk management, compliance, and more Manage strategic supplier relationships and business reviews Who you are 5 years of procurement experience in the pharma industry, ideally with exposure to Drug Product Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills Solid financial and analytical acumen Knowledge of procurement systems, SLAs, KPIs, and legal frameworks Fluent in English (French is a plus) Bachelor’s degree required Why apply You will be part of a purpose-driven organization where progress is made by people like you – curious, committed, and ready to shape the future of healthcare through collaboration and innovation.
