Job Description

Established in 2014, AlNouri Group is a blend of a Kuwaiti and a Spanish partnership, providing a full range of counseling and management services for the private equity real estate investor, in addition to administering the management of properties and property portfolios. We are looking for someone to join us as a full time employee, Monday to Friday from 9 a.m to 5 p.m What we do: We are a comprehensive property agency, offering a wide range of services such as residential sales, residential leasing, property search, property management, and real estate investment throughout the entire Province of Málaga. Responsibilities As a customer service specialist at AlNouri Group you will be tasked with bridging the gap between our clients and our team of property managers, maintenance specialists and construction companies. Among the daily tasks we undertake are the following: Inform our clients of any issues or important events related to their properties. Ensure that our properties' taxes and other services are paid. Attend to any incoming requests from our clients. Communicate with community administrators and utility companies. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills High level of written and spoken English High level of written and spoken Spanish Experience in customer service, preferably in a bilingual capacity. Adequate level of computer literacy, specifically for software related to office work Important to be able to follow up and complete tasks from start to finish The position is 100% on-site so the ability to commute to the office is a must.
