Lawn Applicator

This position requires a strong understanding of weed control, fertilizer, pesticide machinery operation, and effective application techniques. Heath Insurance, 401k Matching, Paid Time off and more are availible after introductory period. *Duties* * Apply fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, and other treatments to crops, lawns, and landscapes according to established guidelines. * Operate various types of application machinery and power tools safely and efficiently. * Conduct regular inspections of treated areas to monitor plant health and identify pest issues. * Maintain accurate records of applications, including types of products used and areas treated. * Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal application techniques and adherence to safety protocols. * Drive company vehicles to transport equipment and materials to job sites as required. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions or concerns regarding services rendered. *Experience* * Previous experience in lawn care applications are preferred. * Familiarity with pest control methods and regulations is advantageous. * Proficiency in operating machinery and using hand tools effectively. * Strong communication skills with an emphasis on sales ability to promote services to clients. * A valid driver's license is required for driving company vehicles. * A Dot Medical Card * A PA Pesticide Applicators license is a plus Join our team as an Applicator where you can utilize your skills in a dynamic environment while contributing to the health of our clients landscapes.
