Senior Project Manager

We’re partnering with a market-leading contractor to find a Senior Project Manager to lead major CAT A & CAT B commercial fit-out schemes across Central London. This is a career-defining opportunity to head up complex, high-value projects often exceeding £30 million for Tier 1 clients. The role involves full project lifecycle leadership, from early work-winning and preconstruction through to onsite delivery and handover. What you’ll be doing: Leading flagship fit-out and refurbishment projects across Central London Working closely with pre-con, commercial, and delivery teams Building relationships with high-profile clients and consultants Driving programme, quality, and commercial outcomes on large-scale schemes Mentoring and developing future leaders in your team Ideal background: Proven experience delivering large-scale CAT A & B fit-out projects (£30m) Strong track record in both delivery and work-winning Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Background with a reputable main contractor or fit-out specialist This business offers a collaborative, ambitious environment with a strong pipeline of upcoming work, long-term stability, and a genuine focus on professional growth.
