Product/Delivery Manager - Largely Remote £55,000-£65,000 | 12-Month FTC | South Wales / South West due to travel to client sites and team meetups (a couple of times a month). We're hiring a Product/Delivery Manager to lead a workstream in a major transformation programme. This hybrid role is 70% product management and 30% delivery management. Perfect for someone who can shape a product vision while keeping delivery on track. What you'll do Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog. Align priorities with stakeholders and delivery teams. Oversee user needs analysis and ensure solutions hit the mark. Support agile ceremonies, manage risks, and keep momentum high. What we're looking for Strong product management background in digital/tech. Experience managing product and delivery in complex, agile environments. Skilled in backlog management, prioritisation, and stakeholder engagement. The offer £55-65k, 12-month FTC (potential extension). Remote first, with around one day a week in Newport.
