Private Wealth & Inheritance Solicitor / Fee Earner Location: Farnborough, Hampshire Position: Full-Time, Permanent Experience: 2-8 years PQE A highly regarded, award-winning law firm with a Legal 500 ranking is seeking an experienced Private Wealth & Inheritance Solicitor or Fee Earner to join its successful team based in Farnborough. The firm is known for delivering exceptional client service, fostering long-term relationships, and providing full-service legal solutions for businesses, families, and individuals. The Role The successful candidate will: Manage a diverse caseload of wills, trusts, probate, inheritance tax planning, and estate administration. Advise clients on complex inheritance and tax matters. Work collaboratively with other departments, including Family and Property, to provide a comprehensive service. Mentor and support junior team members, ensuring high standards of client care. Play an active role in business development through networking and marketing initiatives. The Candidate The ideal applicant will have: 2-8 years PQE in Private Wealth, Inheritance, or a related field. Strong technical expertise in wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning. Excellent communication and client care skills with the ability to handle sensitive matters discreetly. Strong organisational skills and experience managing a busy caseload.
