The company act for a range of businesses, insolvency practitioners, banks, creditors, investors and individuals. Job Responsibilities: Delivery a mixed case load incorporating a full range of Insolvency & Restructuring matters. Ensure clients receive accurate, up-to-date legal advice that takes account of their circumstances and represents "value for money". About you: Robust background in Contentious Insolvency and restructuring Good attention to detail, adept problem-solving skills, and a strong commercial acumen. Exceptional technical proficiency and drafting skills. Strong commercial acumen with a keen eye for detail. Able to plan workloads and resources effectively Excellent client care and client support skills
