Junior Barrister – In-House (Aviation Disputes) London | Up to £70,000 | ✈️ In-House Legal Team | Permanent, Full-Time A leading UK law firm with a strong international presence is looking to appoint a Junior Barrister to join its in-house legal team , working closely with its specialist aviation litigation department . This is a unique opportunity to step away from the traditional chambers environment and into a commercial, fast-paced legal team handling aviation disputes — including passenger claims, lost luggage, delays, cancellations and money claims brought under Regulation (EC) 261/2004 . Aviation experience isn’t required. What’s essential is a solid background in litigation or dispute resolution , with strong drafting and analytical skills. You’ll be joining a structured legal team with excellent support, systems and training in place. Key Responsibilities Reviewing pleadings and case documents prepared by the in-house legal team Advising on case strategy, particularly in passenger-related aviation disputes Supporting and guiding paralegals and junior staff Conducting legal research and providing commercially sound advice Ensuring high standards of file management and regulatory compliance ✅ What We're Looking For A qualified Barrister with a current practising certificate Experience in litigation or dispute resolution Strong written and verbal communication Confident reviewing pleadings and advising internal legal teams A proactive, well-organised individual who thrives in a high-volume caseload environment ✈️ Why Apply?
