What's on Offer: Competitive salary of £25,500, depending on experience A range of company benefits Friendly, inclusive, and supportive team culture Clear opportunities for career growth and development Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers across phone, email, live chat, and social media Deliver outstanding customer support and resolve queries efficiently Promote products and services, using up-selling and cross-selling techniques where appropriate Process orders, returns, and refunds in line with company procedures Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams Meet and exceed service KPIs including AHT and CSAT Share customer insights to help improve service delivery What We're Looking For: Fluent in Dutch and English - written and spoken Previous experience in customer service or a similar role Excellent communication skills with a customer-first attitude Strong attention to detail and confident problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software (e.g., MS Office) Ready to Apply?
