Work alongside home teams to embed best practice in clinical delivery, compliance, and governance. Support the roll-out of new clinical initiatives and quality improvement programmes. Provide mentorship, coaching, and guidance to clinical teams across different locations. What were looking for Current NMC registration (essential). Proven leadership in a care or nursing environment. Strong understanding of governance, quality assurance, and compliance. Excellent organisational and communication skills.
