Job Overview Were looking for a Marketing & Sales Manager who combines high-level marketing understanding with a hands-on sales approach to help us grow our creator portfolio and agency brand. Youll be responsible for identifying and converting new talent through strategic outreach, while simultaneously building our business brand into an authority in the creator economy. This role requires creativity, drive, and strategic execution across outreach, content strategy, and brand positioning. Essential Qualifications Full-time experience in Marketing or Digital Media Proven cold outreach & sales track record (Email, LinkedIn, Instagram or similar) Fluent and persuasive in English, both written and spoken Critical Attributes Results-Driven Youre obsessed with success and constantly seeking ways to improve performance System-Oriented You like to work according to systems and improve them bit by bit Client-Focused You understand the urgency of client needs and respond promptly and effectively Other Relevant Skills (Nice to have) Experience with Paid Ads (Meta, LinkedIn, Google, etc.) Experience in Cold Calling Instagram & LinkedIn Outreach Automation or CRM experience Background in Business Brand Development or Personal Branding Experience in Talent Recruiting or Creator Scouting
