Job Overview We are looking for a Inside Sales Teamlead to lead and optimize multiple chat-based sales teams responsible for managing our creators. In this strategic-operational leadership role, you will drive the performance of our chat sales processes by leveraging sales psychology, copywriting expertise, and data analysis to significantly boost revenue and operational efficiency. This role is not a typical sales position with direct client contact, but a crucial leadership function focused on team management, messaging quality, funnel optimization, and sales performance steering. What youll do exactly Lead, steer, and optimize several chat sales teams, ensuring high team performance and cohesion Develop and implement psychologically effective sales scripts for individual vip-customers as well as for the average customer base Create conversion-oriented content that motivates target audiences to actively engage and connect Collaborate closely with chat supervisors to analyze KPIs and execute data-driven measures to improve performance Take ownership of strategic and operational processes with a focus on structure, solutions, and measurable growth Essential Qualifications Proven leadership experience managing remote teams Strong sales mindset with deep understanding of sales psychology and copywriting Analytical skills and KPI-driven performance management Excellent communication skills, including in sensitive or complex contexts Fluent English, both written and spoken High social intelligence, empathy, and a feedback-oriented leadership style Willingness to learn and develop professionally Critical Attributes Strategic thinker with structured and solution-oriented working style Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of responsibility Ability to motivate and inspire teams remotely Openness to feedback and continuous improvement Nice to have Experience with digital tools like Discord, Telegram, Google Drive
