Bookkeeper (Morning Only )

Bookkeeper / Accounts All-Rounder (Hald Day / Morning Position) A well-established, business is seeking a mature, experienced Bookkeeper to join their small team on a half-day morning basis . The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently in a small office environment , handling a broad range of accounting functions. Key Responsibilities: Full Creditors & Debtors function Cashbook processing and reconciliations Query resolution and problem solving Payroll journal entries Assist with Management Accounts Submit VAT reports to external accountant Handle and process loan account entries Excel-based reconciliations (various accounts) Liaise daily with Mpumalanga office Assist with audit queries Requirements: Matric essential; bookkeeping qualification preferred Minimum 10 years solid bookkeeping/accounting experience Strong working knowledge of Pastel Partner V19.4.3 will be advantageous Advanced Excel skills Fully bilingual in English & Afrikaans Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask Work independently and take initiative Own reliable transport essential This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a stable, HALF DAY ONLY MORNINGS role with responsibility and autonomy in a close-knit team.
