Candidate Requirements: 46 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a luxury game reserve or equivalent high-end establishment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse kitchen team. Expertise in menu development, food costing, and inventory management. A creative approach to cooking, with a focus on seasonal and local produce. Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, in a remote location. Professional culinary certification or degree is highly preferred This is a live-in role.
