Human Resource Officer - Agriculture

Minimum requirements: Grade 12 (Matric) with a relevant HR qualification Proficient in ERS/BioS Payroll systems In-depth knowledge of the Employment Equity Act and Skills Development Act, including statutory reporting processes Comprehensive understanding of South African labour legislation and regulations Demonstrated experience in chairing disciplinary hearings and representing cases at the CCMA Proven ability to engage effectively with union representatives Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills Excellent interpersonal abilities and a collaborative approach to teamwork Strong organisational, planning, and administrative capabilities Valid drivers licence with willingness to travel nationally and cross-border Consultant: Anna-Belle Ehrke - Dante Personnel Mpumalanga
