Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Act as the primary contact for service customers, providing expert advice and guidance Manage service bookings, ensuring efficient scheduling and workflow in the workshop Prepare accurate job cards, quotations, and service documentation Communicate effectively between customers, technicians, and management Advise customers on additional work required and obtain authorisation Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business Handle escalated queries and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally Support junior staff and contribute to training and mentoring initiatives Maintain compliance with dealership and manufacturer standards Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry (senior level preferred) Strong technical knowledge of vehicles and service processes Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills Proficiency in dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, CMS) Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks Valid drivers license (Code B/EB) What We Offer: Competitive remuneration package with incentives Ongoing manufacturer and in-house training Supportive team environment and career growth opportunities
