GENERAL MANAGER - AGRICULTURE (HOEDSPRUIT)

Requirements: Relevant tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related field (advantageous). Minimum 10 years experience in a senior general management role, preferably within agriculture. Proven leadership experience in a packhouse or processing environment. Strong knowledge of the citrus industry, post-harvest processes, and export standards (beneficial). Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills. Strong business and financial acumen with a results-driven approach.
