About the Role From Randstad Professionals we're hiring a Brand Content Manager (temp) who will help shape the future of beauty e-commerce in Europe. You’ll play a key role in scaling content excellence from inception to delivery, defining innovative processes and integrating the latest AI and GenAI tools to power growth. There are possibilities of incorporation at the end of the contract. Key Responsibilities Drive Strategic Growth through Content Excellence Champion brand consistency across all digital channels and align content with business objectives. Lead the way in leveraging GenAI and other innovations to boost performance. Own the Content Lifecycle from Creation to Delivery Define content workflows, manage validation processes, and ensure seamless team collaboration across departments and markets. Lead & Influence the Content Transformation Partner with markets, zones, DMI, and CDMO to create synergies, drive excellence, and transform the way content is created and scaled across Europe. You’re a Great Fit If You Are… Content Obsessed – You understand how to master creative direction, storytelling, and agency collaboration. Project Management Pro – You thrive on managing complex projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines. A Collaborative Catalyst – You’re known for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. E-commerce Savvy – Experience with PIM/DAM platforms or e-commerce content is a strong plus. English native (mandatory).
