Junior Reporting Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Junior/Mid Reporting Analyst to join the team of one of our clients, a leading international bank. Key Responsibilities: • Generate and distribute daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc reports to institutional clients, providing accurate and timely information. • Coordinate data from various applications and teams to prepare accurate reports within specified deadlines. • Identify opportunities to streamline back-office processes and improve operational efficiency through automation and optimisation. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including trading desks, compliance, and technology teams, to address client needs and resolve operational issues. Required Skills and Qualifications: • E xperience in report operations and report creation. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Adobe Acrobat, and Outlook . • Proficiency in English . Preferred Skills: • Understanding of the asset management industry and performance calculations is preferred. • Experience with service management methodologies (such ITIL) . • Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the financial services sector.
