Supply Chain Coordinator (Packaging & Dealcoholisation)

Solos' mission is to capture quality authentic aroma in dealcoholised beverages. Our technology allows aroma to be separated from alcohol so that it can be added back to the non-alcoholic product. It offers producers of dealcoholised beverages the aroma quality that consumers should rightly expect – naturally and authentically – no additions. We are recruiting a Supply Chain Coordinator for our new dealcoholisation site in Alcàsser (Valencia). As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will control the supply chain of Dealcoholisation, including incoming materials, packaging and finished goods. The position will be responsible for procurement orders, in-stock materials, customer contracts and invoicing, liaising with the Quality and Production teams to verify that procedures and standards are maintained. RESPONSIBILITIES Coordinate all the packaging needs of the Dealc site. Generate periodic information on the status of inventories and incoming raw materials. Manage global contracts ensuring timely delivery to customers. Provide outstanding customer support. Control the Dealc inventories, creating necessary allocations against existing project submissions. Assist in the management of production schedules. Generate reports with the cost of inventories as supplied by Finance. Assist procurement with technical information regarding raw materials and monitor delivered cost (GRPOs). Manage the data dashboard of Dealc through the use of BI. KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS A degree or equivalent work experience. 2 years of experience in supply chain, acting as an interface for procurement, logistics, sales and customer service. Experience in packaging planning within the beverage industry. Experience in the alcoholic beverage industry will be an advantage. Fluent in English (other languages will be a plus). Knowledge of SAP Business 1. Expert user of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools. Excellent time management, with an ability to multitask and prioritise work. Proactive approach and assertiveness.
