AI Technical Leader

At Hays we’re looking for a technically strong and strategically minded professional to lead AI initiatives in a collaborative, international environment. What you will do: Act as a technical mentor and informal leader for a team of Data Scientists. Define and lead AI project lifecycles: methodologies, deliverables, KPIs. Collaborate with architecture teams to design scalable, business-integrated AI solutions. Strengthen MLOps frameworks and ensure smooth model deployment and monitoring. Implement responsible AI governance aligned with ethical and regulatory standards. Manage cloud-based solutions (preferably GCP), project tools (Jira), and cross-functional teams. Qualifications: Solid experience in AI/ML and MLOps. Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects, from definition to cloud implementation (preferably GCP). Strong communication and cross-functional leadership skills. Fluent English (Spanish is a big plus).
