Corporate Information Technology Manager

Spanish multinational company. About the Role: Reporting to Senior Management, the IT Director will be responsible for: Strategic Planning: Developing and implementing IT strategies that support the organization's objectives and goals. Infrastructure Management: Overseeing the maintenance and management of IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and security. Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring the IT team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Budget Management: Developing and managing IT budgets, allocating resources effectively, and ensuring cost-efficiency. Security: Implementing and maintaining cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and systems from threats. Project Management: Overseeing IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet the organization's needs. Vendor Management: Building and maintaining relationships with external IT vendors and service providers. Communication & Collaboration: Communicating effectively with other departments and stakeholders to understand their IT needs and provide support. Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential IT risks and developing disaster recovery plans. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field. High level of english. 10 years of experience in related field. Strong technical problem solving and communication skills. Strong knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies. Ability to develop and implement IT strategies that align with business goals. Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage budgets, and oversee projects.
