Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for master data management? We are seeking a Master Data Analyst to play a key role in ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of master data processes within the Regional Hub of an international company. Our clients is a leading global company in the beauty sector, managing an iconic portfolio of brands with a strong commitment to social and environmental responsibility. Your functions We are looking for a Customer Service Masterdata Analyst, who will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of master data processes within the Regional Hub. This role plays a key part in maintaining high-quality master data execution and overseeing data execution from the Shared Service Center. The role is critical for driving efficiency in master data management and ensuring seamless customer service operations. The main goals for this role: 1. Master Data Readiness & Quality Deliver Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for on-time and accurate data setup for: Local Product (Activation, PIPO (phase-in/phase-out) management), Customer Setup & Logistics (ensuring smooth logistics configuration) and CPI (Customer Price Index) and Pricing Conditions (accurate and timely updates). Ensure data readiness for new product launches and promotional activities. Build Capability within the Sales/Marketing teams in the market to enable them to follow global standards and ensure 100% correct information is provided in the standard input templates. 2. Governance of Master Data Execution Own master data execution processes, ensuring alignment with business standards and compliance requirements. Develop and enforce protocols and workflows for master data handling and updates. Act as the custodian of master data quality, implementing best practices and continuous improvement initiatives. 3. Oversee Shared Service Center Execution Monitor and ensure the quality of master data execution performed by the Shared Service Center. Conduct Quality Control (QC) checks to validate data accuracy and adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements). Provide feedback and guidance to the Shared Service Center team to drive improvements. 4. Data Sharing & Analytics Consolidate and share master data insights with the Customer Service Master Data Senior Analyst & Key and Master Data Leader in the Regional Hub. The essential skills for this role: Bachelor’s degree, higher vocational training or vocational training in Data Management, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in master data management, customer service, or related fields. Familiarity with ERP systems SAP and data governance tools. Experience working in a Shared Service Center environment is a plus. Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau). Knowledge of data governance practices and master data management principles. Familiarity with customer and product master data processes (activation, PIPO, pricing conditions). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities and ability to work under tight deadlines. Effective communication and collaboration skills, particularly with cross-functional and remote teams.
