This role is key in identifying, attracting, and selecting top professionals in the industry, directly contributing to the success of our technology projects. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, you will work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, where you can develop your career in Human Resources with a focus on technical talent recruitment. Key Responsibilities: Writing clear and attractive job descriptions Active and passive sourcing of technical talent Screening CVs and conducting phone interviews Participating in technical interviews alongside hiring managers Candidate follow-up and support throughout HR processes Cross-functional collaboration with other departments, especially Business Managers YOUR PROFILE Fluent in English and Spanish, Swedish is a plus You have a Bachelor or Master degree From 0 to 1 year of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment. Good listener and communicator, service-oriented and pro-active Strong organizational and time management skills.
