IT Product Owner

Ubicación: Barcelona (híbrido) | Colaboración internacional Idioma: Inglés fluido (escrito y hablado) Buscamos un Technical Product Owner para unirse a nuestro equipo internacional, coordinando con stakeholders y trabajando estrechamente con equipos en EE.UU. y Barcelona . Lo que harás ✔ Actuar como enlace entre equipos distribuidos , garantizando comunicación fluida y alineación en los objetivos. ✔ Mantener y priorizar el product backlog , asegurando valor de negocio y calidad continua. ✔ Escribir y refinar user stories , transformando requisitos en tareas accionables para el equipo de desarrollo. ✔ Colaborar con Product Manager, Dev Manager y Arquitectos para definir el alcance y los entregables. ✔ Liderar sprint planning, backlog refinement y sprint reviews . ✔ Usar JIRA para seguimiento de sprints, reporting y métricas de rendimiento. ✔ Gestionar la relación con stakeholders, recogiendo feedback y adaptando prioridades según necesidades de negocio. Lo que buscamos ✔ Experiencia demostrada como Product Owner en entornos Agile (Scrum/Kanban) . ✔ Sólida experiencia en escritura de user stories y gestión de product backlog. ✔ Dominio de JIRA para gestión de tareas y seguimiento de sprints. ✔ Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para trabajar con equipos en diferentes zonas horarias . ✔ Inglés fluido (imprescindible). Conocimientos de diseño e implementación de APIs RESTful . P ostman para pruebas básicas de endpoints. What you will do ✔ Act as a bridge between distributed teams , ensuring smooth communication and alignment on objectives. ✔ Maintain and prioritize the product backlog , ensuring continuous delivery of business value and high-quality standards. ✔ Write and refine user stories , translating requirements into actionable tasks for the development team. ✔ Collaborate with the Product Manager, Dev Manager, and Architects to define scope and deliverables. ✔ Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and sprint reviews . ✔ Use JIRA to manage sprints, track progress, and report performance metrics. ✔ Engage with stakeholders to gather feedback, provide updates, and adjust plans to meet evolving business needs. What we are looking for ✔ Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban) . ✔ Strong experience in writing user stories and managing product backlogs. ✔ Proficiency in JIRA for task and sprint management. ✔ Excellent communication skills and ability to work with distributed teams across time zones . ✔ Fluent English is a must.
