Operations Director

A family-owned hotel collection with 6 properties in Spain and Portugal is seeking a Director of Operations to lead the group's operational strategy during a key phase of brand unification and growth. The challenge? To partner closely with ownership in standardizing processes across properties and driving the next stage of expansion — focused on urban, MICE-oriented, and 5-star hotels.
