Observability Strategist

We are Métrica, a consulting firm specializing in business, systems integration, IT services, and technological solutions, committed to the Information Society and technological development. At Métrica, we are looking for an Observability Strategist with at least 3 years of experience for a project with an important client. The ideal candidate should have the following skills: Experience designing and deploying enterprise-level observability strategies. Strong knowledge of observability and performance analysis tools (APM): Dynatrace (SaaS), Elastic, Netscout. Ability to translate business needs into observable KPIs, maturity models, and functional SLOs. Application of artificial intelligence concepts in IT operations (AIOps, ITOM): predictive observability, noise reduction, causal analysis. Coordination with infrastructure, development, support, and architecture teams to ensure cross-functional adoption. High level of English required (minimum B2/C1). What do we offer?
